  • Career milestones

One of the important milestones was definitely to become a Partner and Leader in the Danish consulting business. Another highlight was my involvement in developing our business consulting services in Denmark. It was a journey that took several years and a great learning experience that peaked when we won the Danish Ministry of Finance's framework agreement for business consulting services for the first time. This achievement was tangible proof of how far we'd come and it still makes me proud when I think of it. Becoming the Regional Offer Director for IT Transformation is another milestone for me. I'm passionate about so many aspects of transformation and change and I'm very excited to bring this to our clients.

  • Everyday life

I normally have a very busy and varied workday. I have several roles related to the daily operation and management of the Danish consulting business. I am also a subject-matter expert within the area of IT Transformation and I hold the position of Client Director for key clients. Moreover, I also take part in the delivery of projects to our clients, primarily as overall responsible for the engagements. I enjoy all aspects of my job and I'm inspired by our transformation from being problem-solvers to value-adders for our clients. I believe it is the right way to go and it motivates me to contribute to develop our business to focus increasingly on big projects making a real difference for our clients.

  • Personal life

I live in the Eastern part of Copenhagen with my husband and our two children, Mads aged 16 and Caroline aged 10. I love food and am quite a talented cook. I also like movies, literature, theatre, yoga and I enjoy travelling.
