- First steps
When I arrived, I was pleased to be quickly connected to my peers, IT Service Excellence experts. I was immediatley included in the process of developing the offer. During the first few months, I worked on the service transformation practice and quickly moved to the supplier management team. I am coordinating IT Service Excellence's activities in France. And, as this is an international offer, I have the opportunity to work with my counterparts in other countries in Europe.
- Everyday life
Since my arrival, I have been working for the French national rail company (SNCF). The customer's challenge is to transform its it service excellence offer catalog and manage related impacts on the information system. I'm currently working on the operational system transformation project and offer satisfaction survey. Working closely with the client, I'm excited by the wide variety of challenges we have taken on.
- Personal life
I spend most of my free time with my family, playing with my kids and training for triathlon races.
